PLYWOOD

Plywood – multilayer construction material consisting of several layers of veneer glued together. Odd number of veneer sheets (minimum 3 pieces) is used for the plywood gluing. To ensure sufficient strength, plywood layers are perpendicular to each other alongside the wood layers.

Joinery plywood

Utilisation: carrier constructions of upholstered sofas, back side of furniture, corpuses of drawers, toys
According to the woody plants: birch, pine, poplar, beech
Thicknesses: 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18 mm
Formats: 1250x2500mm, (other formats upon order)
Qualities: B/BB, B/C, CP/C, C/C
Gluing: interior – standard E1 emission class or with decreased content of the formaldehyde of the CARB 2 class
They are produced in compliance with the standard GOST 3916-96

Foiled, anti-skid plywood

Plywood surface may be a smooth or anti-skid phenol-resin film on one side, the other side is smooth.
Edges are treated with an acrylic paint. Veneers of the plywood are glued by the water-resistant BFU100 adhesive.
Utilisation: floors of containers, trailers and lorries, construction scaffolding
Thicknesses: 9 – 30 mm
Dimensions: 1250 mm x 2500 mm, 1500 mm x 2500 mm, 1500 mm x 3000 mm. Other formats available upon request.

Packaging plywood

Produced in compliance with the standard GOST 3916-96.
Utilisation: production of wooden packaging, supporting constructions of upholstered furniture
Woody plants: birch, alder, pine, poplar
Thicknesses: 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24 mm
Formats: 1525 x 1525 mm, 1250 x 2500 mm, 1220 x 2440 mm. Other formats available upon request.
Quality: CP/C, C/C
Gluing: exterior or interior with increased resistance against moisture
Emission class: E1 or CARB2 with decreased formaldehyde content.
